DarExpress.net will deliver your gift basket to an address you chose. All orders received and paid during our business hours will be delivered the next day in Sofia city and the surrounding areas, for all other cities and regions in the country - up to 3 days.
Our business hours for deliveries are:
Monday – Saturday 10:00h – 20:00h
Sunday 11:30h – 19:00h (Sofia only)
The delivery charge is not included in the price of the gift baskets:
A/ Within Sofia city limits the delivery charge is 8.00lv.
B/ For the city outskirts beyond "Okolovrasten Pat" the delivery charge is 12.00lv.
C/ For all other cities and regions in the country the delivery charge is 29.00lv.
When your order contains more than two items please contact us for delivery details.
What is your shipping refund policy?
DarExpress.net will refund all charges for products that arrive damaged or defective. (Please note that the recipient should not accept a damaged gift and return it to the courier.)
DarExpress.net will refund all charges if you receive the wrong item.
DarExpress.net will not refund the delivery charge if:
1. You indicated a wrong address when you placed an order.
2. There was no one available to accept the gift basket at the time of the delivery.
